At Trip Machine Company, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective inserts are included to maintain product integrity.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
